If you have any unpaid liens, charge offs, collections or judgments, or have a bankruptcy discharged less than 2 years from today – we are unable to rent to you.
In addition, you must be able to prove that you meet three out of the four following requirements:
1. Income equaling 3 times the monthly rent amount.
2. 1 year on your job or in the same industry.
3. 1 year of verifiable positive rental history or home ownership with positive credit
rating for the mortgage account.
4. Positive established credit accounts with no late payments in last two years.
Each adult has to meet the requirements (roommates), excluding dependent children.
Each adult planning to occupy the property must fill out an application and authorization for allowing Kitsap Property Management, Inc. to perform a credit check and to check rental references and verify employment and income.
Application & Credit check fee $30.00 for the 1st applicant & $15.00 for any other adults.
Each applicant must have valid identification.
Once your completed application and fee is received, your information will be processed. You will be notified as to whether you have been approved for the property. If you are approved, you will have up to 24 hours to schedule an appointment to pay a holding fee (usually equal to one months rent) and sign a commitment form. Approval time depends on our ability to contact your landlord & employer.
A full months rent will be will be due at the date of move in. If you move in after the 1st, your prorated rent will be due the following month. First months rent, and security deposit must be in a Cashier’s check or Money order.
